We specialize in affordable housing, providing the reality of homeownership. At Mobile Home offers we specialize in buying, selling & owner-financing manufactured homes. We are mobile home brokers & a real estate investment company that originated in Las Vegas, Nevada, and has now expanded to the North Dallas, TX area.  We are a small, family-owned company with a focus on providing a unique service that helps homeowners and investors in our community.  Our focus is to improve neighborhoods and help homeowners in all sorts of stressful situations to lower their stress and improve their quality of life.

We want to see housing improvement in the Las Vegas & Dallas areas and we’re striving to be part of the solution.  Our ultimate goal is to help struggling homeowners, and by extension, to help improve the communities those homes are located in.

We also help 1st time home buyers as well as give a 2nd chances to those that want to own a home but can’t get a conventional home loan from a bank. We buy all types of homes however our main focus is to invest in manufactured homes on land or in mobile home parks. We purchase them fix them up & create opportunity for home ownership. We can owner finance most of these properties. Which gives those who otherwise would get turned down by a bank for a home loan, opportunity to own their own home for the 1st time or again after hardship!

Every property is unique.  Our business model allows us to respect the integrity of each neighborhood and home that we enter, bringing forth unique, inventive ideas to improve the space. We then pitch creative design solutions, and begin the construction process.  When it’s all said and done, our greatest pleasure is seeing the happiness on our clients faces when they enter into their new home.  This is why we do what we do – helping homeowners, sellers, investors, and potential buyers.  The ability to take distressed properties and turn them into a great opportunity for others is extremely rewarding, and drives us through each project, from start to finish!

Who We are? 

Mobile home Offers is operated by Michael & Diana Wasneuski, we have a wealth of experience between us in the industry of buying, selling, and remodeling homes. Michael: I am originally from New Jersey and moved to Las Vegas in 1986. I was a remodeling contractor for 15+ yrs. in the state of Nevada. Diana:  I was born & raised Las Vegas and have an in-depth experience in the Real Estate housing market being a licensed Realtor in the state of Nevada for 17+ yrs. We moved our family to Texas in the summer of 2015 and are currently residents in North Dallas, TX.

We have two children, also have two dogs, love to travel, and really enjoy a fun Friday family game and pizza night.
