I met Michael Wasneuski at www.MobileHomeOffers.com as I was trying to

empty my parents house after placing them in a care facility. Michael

found out from the park management that I would be selling the house

and he made a cold call to me. Michael told me his company was the

only one that dealt with used mobile homes. I did an internet search

to verify that and found it was true.

When it was time to list the house I called Michael and he was there

the next day with the listing paperwork. From that point on the

process was stress free which is what I needed at the time. Michael

placed signs at the property and advertised the sale.

The remainder of the sales process occurred while I was out of state.

Michael and then his wife Diana were in constant contact and quickly

responded to any query from me. They went so far as to check the mail

box at the property and forwarded mail to me out of state.

The sale was successful and Diana walked the final check to the local

bank for deposit. I would recommend them to anyone selling a used

mobile home.

My Husband and I were first time buyers and had no idea what to do or whom to talk to We felt all alone until Diana and Michael came to our rescue. They took care go everything we couldn’t, they put everything in to terms that we could understand, and made the entire process a breeze when it could have been awful.
